Holly was married three times. Her first wedding was with actor Danny Quinn. They got married in 1991, then divorced two years later. Jim Carrey was her first meeting in 1994 when she was auditioning for Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. They did not give her the part but the two developed a relationship while working together during the shooting in Dumb and Dumber. They got married in the year 1996. The couple divorced in less than one year. The year 2001 saw her marry Francis Greco. He was an Canadian investment banker. They had three sons, Henry, George and Alexander Holly Greco. While married to Greco in 2008, she became an Canadian. The couple got divorced back in 2014. Holly and her three children live in Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly and her family which includes her father Grant and her mother, established the A Fund, at Hobart College and William Smith Colleges, in 1992 in memory of her brother Alexander. Holly recalled that Alexander was "a child full of dreams and hopes". He was just 14 years older when he died however, he travelled to Central America and Europe, and lived in New York City, and Los Angeles. His experiences have inspired him in the field of architecture as well as archaeology.

Alaina was born November 8, 1994 to Kristy the late J. J. J. Suddeth of Rossville, Georgia. Her father works as an engineer for process working in Chattanooga, Tennessee.Alaina started to perform at age 3. She performed her first public appearance in a child's choir, and then at the venue for karaoke on an annual family vacation. Alongside singing in the church and restaurants, she also sang for family reunions, holiday parties, as well as anywhere outside of a 30 mile range. Alaina competed in the Southern Stars Pageant at 8 and was crowned the winner. The following year, she appeared on the Kids Talent Stage during the Chattanooga Riverbend Festival. Her performances on this stage were on for a while until she turned 12 after which she was named an award-winning participant in a contest which enabled her perform on the big stage. At the age of 10 she travelled from Florida to Orlando for the purpose of competing in The American Model and Talent Competition. She was the winner of the competition by beating 1,500 other kids. Alaina sang with the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association children's choir. Alaina first went to Nashville when she was 12 years old. The singer also appeared in local bars like Tootsie's on Broadway. Alaina, who was born in 1989 won the WinniSTAR talent contest for the young people in Lake Winnepesaukah. Alaina was inspired to sing by observing Holly Witherow. Holly was being treated for a brain tumor. Alaina's first job was at CiC Pizza. She earned her degree from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe School, Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
